Happy Valentine's day (belated). well maybe it's good idea to skip night nap for Koen then, put him to sleep earlier... early sleep early rise.. heathy ma ;)
:) Yeah, I guess I should shift his schedule so he can sleep earlier, but for now, I'm kinda keeping it this way (nap from 7-9pm, sleep @ 11pm-ish) so I can watch the 2 劇集 @ night... :P
yeah... 劇集- watching is my preference too :P Megan sleeps at 10-ish cuz of the 劇集.. but not I have to start training her to sleep earlier la, in less than two months she will need to wake up at 7 am.
