I think you would try to talk or sing to him more while you are breast feeding. You may hold some rattle or toy and play with him more when he is awake.
I heard that at this stage the baby (first month) can smell well and recognize your body smell other than others'. when Koen smells milk in you so he cry for food, maybe. From my prenatal reunion I heard from a mother that sometimes baby just want to suck, somes babies have more urge to suck and some babies have less. Maybe Koen just want to suck, not milk. So the mother I mentioned above finally (after breastfeeding is well-estabished -- around 3-4 weeks), put the pacifier in baby's mouth while he could fulfill his sucking desire... While there are others saying having pacifier is not good, but it certainly works on some types of babies and you can wean the baby from pacifier later la... Good luck sis, pray for u!

i think westsis has a good point. May be you can try wearing Jimmy's jacket to do the trick to calm him down?!?
