May, u r so brave. We took twins for 2 hr flight to Vancouver. They took turn & cried all the way. HK is a much longer flight. Good Luck. I think it's tough to find bb friendly place in HK for diaper change/feeding/stroller. Tell me your HK experience later on, so I can be well prepared for long D trip in future.
